An Overview of UX-PM Certification

The UX-PM Certification is a UX certification created by UXalliance, for professionals of all areas , focusing on Business, Project Management, Products and Services.

The main objective of UX-PM Certification is to enable professionals from all areas to correctly understand and apply UX methodologies in the creation, evolution and managementof sites, systems, applications, products and services, with a focus on experience and the sustainable profitability of the business.

UX-PM 1 - Adopting UX

The UX-PM Certification 1 - Adopting UX is for professionals in all areas who want to understand the concepts of the User Experience, know and know when to apply the UX tools and understand the benefits of a UX approach to the business.

It is not necessary to have prior knowledge in UX to participate. Those who already work with UX will improve their knowledge and learn to correctly include UX activities and methodologies in their projects.

UX-PM 2 - Executing UX 

In UX-PM Certification 2 - Executing UX v will provide you with more detailed theoretical and practical knowledge on how to integrate UX tools and methodologies into projects to achieve business goals and market demands .

After attending this level of training, participants will be able to:

To participate in the Level 2 UX-PM Certification you must be Level 1 certified or answer a questionnaire to assess your level of experience with UX to ensure you have a good use of the training.

Level 3 - Leading UX 

In UX-PM 3 Certification - Leading UX you will learn how to integrate UX activities into project strategy, how to create a UX team, and how to define relevant KPIs and metrics for the business.

Registration, cancellation and refund

  • Registration can be done for each level separately and the schedule for the same shall be advertised on Facebook, Eventsbrite and PeepalDesign website.

  • The place of the participant in the course will only be reserved and fulfilled after the due proof of payment.

  • The exchange of participants will be allowed if it is communicated by email, up to one day in advance of the event. If there is no such communication, the substitute will not be able to enter the classroom.

  • The absence or delay of the participant on the day of the event or on one of the days, under any hypothesis will not give right to bonus, discount or transfer of registration.

  • PeepalDesign may cancel or postpone the event with prior notice at least 7 days in advance. In this case, it will be up to the participant to choose the full refund of the amount paid or enrollment in the same course on another date or also enrollment in another course of equal value.

  • The participant can cancel the registration with at least 7 days in advance. In this case, the amount of the registration will be refunded.

  • Travel, accomodation and any other expense will have to be taken care of by the participant.
